International Running Competition Km. 21.097
The A.S.D. Runners Bastia Umbra (ASPA BASTIA), under the auspices dell'ENDAS and FIDAL, under the auspices of the Umbria Region, the Province of Perugia, the Municipality of Bastia Umbra, the Municipality of Assisi and the exhibition center Umbria Fiere "Ludovico Maschiella" Bastia U., and organizing the 32 th edition OF INVERNALISSIMA, half marathon distance of Km.21, 097. 1-REQUIREMENTS
FOR PARTICIPATION:
The competitive race Km.21, 097 (Half Marathon) can participate in the Italian
athletes who are 18 years of age by 20 / 12/2009 membership card for 2009 to
Fidal or other entity recognized sports promotion by CONI.
* Athletes may participate non-members in possession of a medical certificate for the practice of sport racing under the DM 18/02/1982 and will have to pay 5 more for the tag daily for authorization to participate in road races.
2-ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: The departure of Km.21, 097 Half Marathon, after punching (ore 09.10), will be done by the Center Fierisitico "Ludovico Maschiella" Bastia Umbra at 09,30. The departure of non-competitive Km.8 happen at 09,30 with cage divided by Km.21,097. The arrival will be at the Exposition Center "Ludovico Maschiella"
3-COMPETITIVE TRAIL Km.21, 097 (Half Marathon) is entirely flat, closed to traffic and measured FIDAL. The departure is planned at the Exposition Center "Ludovico Maschiella" Bastia U. touching the Historic Center of Bastia U. Centro Storico di S. Maria degli Angeli (Municipality of Assisi) and at the foot of Assisi about 1 km from the Basilica of St. Francis and the arrival at the Exposition Center "Ludovico Maschiella" Bastia U.
4 ITS PROVIDE A PATH NOT competitive Km 8 open to all.
5-TIMING, INTERMEDIATE CONTROL AND RESULTS: The timing, control and intermediate classifications of race will be run by the Timing Data Service using the chips that will be applied directly to the chest: absolutely do not have to remove the chip, otherwise not classified. Sensors will record the actual time spent by each athlete to perform Km.21, 097, from the moment they pass the start line to when they pass the arrival (REAL TIME).
* The chip and race number will be returned in exchange for the participation

* The chip must be returned even if the waiver to compete. Athletes who do not
return the chip will have to hand it back and send the organization no later
than January 16, 2010. Who does not return the chip at that date, the
organization will have to pay 20.00 (equivalent to the amount required by the

RACE MEAL:

13-PICK
NUMBERS AND CHIP:
At the Secretariat of the Convention Center located in the Exposition Center
"Ludwig Maschiella" Bastia U. the following days: Saturday, December 19th from
10.00 am to 20.00. Sunday, December 20th from 7.30 to 9.00.
* All members must present a valid identification card for 2009 or the
declaration by the President of the Company. For non-members must show the
original medical certificate racetrack.
14-PRIZE:
The prize for participation (entered in half marathon) will be delivered to the
return of the chip and bib. Start time 11.45 STARTED awards with the Memorial
Comfort Joseph, at the prize giving ceremony will take place follow individual
absolute Km21, 097 (Half Marathon) and finally companies. For categories M / F -
Km21, 097 awards will be the funnel for each athlete finishers will receive a

15-REFRESHMENTS:

CLAIMS:
to be submitted in writing and delivered within 30 minutes from the end of the

RIGHTS:
By subscribing to the athlete Invernalissima 2009 authorizes the organizers and
